1. Introduction

Welcome to audreydc.com (“Website”), operated by Audrey Design Consultancy Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore.

By accessing or using this Website and/or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Audrey Design Consultancy Pte Ltd provides services including but not limited to:

  • Interior design consultancy

  • Spatial planning and concept development

  • Project management and coordination

  • Event design and experiential installations

  • Digital and interactive design solutions

  • Fabrication coordination and vendor management

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate written quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

3. Quotations & Payment Terms

3.1 Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless specified.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 50% deposit upon confirmation

  • 40% prior to commencement of works

  • 10% upon completion or before handover

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of work

  • Delay in project timeline

  • Additional administrative fees

4. Design Revisions

  • Design proposals include up to two (2) revisions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

  • Major changes after confirmation may require a revised quotation and timeline adjustment.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals.

  • Grant access to the project site when required.

  • Ensure compliance with building management, HDB, MCST, or relevant authority requirements.

  • Obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

Delays caused by the Client may result in revised timelines and additional costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, renderings, digital assets, and materials created by Audrey Design Consultancy Pte Ltd remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the final design for the agreed project only.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Contractors & Suppliers

Where we coordinate third-party vendors:

  • We act as a project coordinator unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • We are not liable for delays, defects, or failures caused by third parties.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply directly between Client and supplier.

8. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Material availability

  • Authority approvals

  • Force majeure events

  • Client delays

The Company shall not be liable for reasonable delays beyond its control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law:

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Reproduce or distribute content without permission

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Website without notice.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the course of engagement confidential, unless required by law.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • The Client breaches these Terms

  • Unsafe or unlawful conditions arise

Upon termination, fees for work completed up to that date remain payable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
